Error in uploading resource values

It looks like sometime in the past 5 or 6 days something has gone wonky with resource importing. I'm not sure where the resources are coming from, but there are several Basilisk resources that have no OQ value. It looks like all the values are off by 1 column. The one I found specifically is Aywuh, Perovskitic Aluminum, but I can see many others in the same boat.

Can someone please check this?

I have built in a safeguard now that should probably have been added years ago: You are now unable to add resources with incomplete stats, i.e. where you supply only some of the stats. Now you either have to supply all relevant stats or none at all.
