What am I doing wrong?

Let me start out by saying hello to everyone and I really like the site so far.

Now, I am not able to make a two stat attachment for some reason. I have my single stat attachment, my modifier bit and my second order power bit, but I can only get two of them in the RE tool. It doesn't matter which two I have in there, but when I go to add the third one it says something about the tool not being accept it.

I was able to do it a few days ago, but for some reason it isn't working now. Any ideas?

To make multi stat attachments you have to have the expertise for it. It is called: Attachment Upgrade

Thank you. That's what it was. When I was making the doubles, I was an engineer and now I am a tailor and I guess I forgot to redo my points.
