Somebody showed us that closer or above to 170 is the minimum on REChance. We do not know exactly how much
X can vary and how much Luck affects the variation, but even with extremely high variation, lets say 1.05 you still need to get around 165.
Those with suits from that short time window RE makers could create uber stuff are that high and I am told these guys do +12 REChance. Life is unfair

If you are using +12 PUPS (which was thinking about picking up but decided against it) doesn't it put one at 162 RE while PUP'd up?

Only way to breach 12 is if
X reaches or exceeds 1.059, which, just getting into RE'ing 1-2 days ago and coming back from a 2+yr hiatus I'm assuming this variable is difficult to achieve.
Still too short of the mark for my tastes which is why I decided against paying 1mil per pup charge.
