Tracking your factory maintenance

Here's a little trick so you don't forget to pay maintenance on your factories. Set up a dummy <medium> harvester of any type, though solar and wind are good because they don't need power info, and name it 'factories' (they draw power at the same rate). When you create the harv set BER at 1 Select the appropriate resource type and set the con at 1%. This will track maintenance for you and advise you when you need to pay up again.
