new to crafting here myself, as far as high resources count does it have to be 1 ressource that has HR,SR and UT averaged 962?

All the resources must average 960 or higher. However, not all resources have HR, SR or UT. It just happens that you can make a Heavy Mineral or Elite Harvester with only one good resource, it would have to be a steel, a Durralloy or Mustafar Steel in fact. The Mining unit takes steel and inert gas to make. Inert gas only has a DR and OQ stat, no HR, SR or UT. Then to make the Harvester you need Steel, metal and chemical. If you use the same steel as your metal and use Lube Oil for your chemical (Lube Oil only has a DR and OQ stat as well) then that one steel is the only quality resource you need.
