The Charmed Artifact +40 luck does not stack with the Willpower Stim (Advanced) +100 luck. I just checked it and the Willpower Stim luck buff overwrites the Charmed Artifact buff. Also it should be noted that if you wear the deconstruction arm, you do not have 13 wearable slots to place luck in, you...
