Wow, this is looking like it'll be an excellent addition to the site. I'm really glad to see you implementing it. I do have one request, if it already wasn't in the works to begin with. With the formatting options, it makes enough sense to me to figure out how to work with the URL specifications for...

I read a similar post to this last night: http://www.swgcraft.co.uk/forums/viewtopic.php?t=457 It's sounding to me like there really is a bug hovering around here somewhere. It's probably a rather simple one-- a check not properly triggering/filtering or whatnot, but something like this must be a hi...

New one for you:

Unknown column 'servers_id' in 'field list'

I encountered this error on the import.php page immediately after submitting the survey droid form on add_resources.php. I'm assuming this was just a typo. =)

Thank you very much! =) I need to get ready for work now, else I'd go ahead and do a complete update for Kauri and clean up any mess I caused with the wrong planet submission last night... I will do this, though, tonight... probably won't be until late, my time. Have a guild event I must attend. I'l...

Well, that was a magic bullet. I was trying my experiments when you fixed it... scared the heck out of me. I was expecting to see a 1 and then all the sudden... there's 29! ^_^ I just submitted an update for Kauri/Talus using swgcraft_start/end (correct planet this time-- I think. rofl). Seems to ha...

Yup. Sure it doesn't help that I was trying to update the wrong planet, also. *smirks* Ok ok, give me a few. Maybe I'm causing part of my own problem here.

Number of Resources to Enter: [form select field (1-20)] I'm submitting more than 20 resources and the select field only goes to 20-- so it's defaulting to 1. When I submit the form, it is thus telling the script to only evaluate 1 resource. The problem with this, however, is that when I originally ...

Survey Droids: File form field disabled. Specified "DISABLED" in the source code there. However the submission button is enabled. swgcraft_start/end method: This is output generated by a script on my own resource site. This is listing all of the inorganic resources available on Talus/Kauri as of lik...

Lots to go through. I have an, um, appointment online this evening so won't be able to survey right away. However, I will attempt to survey again once this event is complete. Shouldn't take maybe 2 hours to be done and getting to work. That'll be midnight here, but ah well. Sorry about not posting t...

*nodnod* People looking to buy completed products will tend to choose a completed product with all of the experimentation and skill tree points applied to its making, which does sort of leave a newer crafter out of the fold a bit. But if you're looking to be a shipwright, you need to know the ships ...

Bug? Submitting resources swgcraft_start - swgcraft_end

While updating with survey droids is offline, I'm attempting to update resources on Kauri using the good old fashioned swgcraft_start/swgcraft_end method. However, any time I try to submit a resource that's already in the database, I get the error that (either resource already exists server/planet c...

Indeed. SW is an awesome profession, but it does require at least a little know-how about space piloting, as well as some devoted attention to resources. The advice I give to any aspiring SW (aside from warning them never to make anything better than what I make *grin*) is to do the grind on the arc...

You'd almost just have to give in and use cookies to give each browser a unique identifier. But then someone with 2 or 3 computers networked to the 'net would still be able to crack it. 2 votes (Firefox and IE, or whatever combo of browsers) per computer. I suppose the moral is, there's always going...
