Ahh ok, so the bonus is added to the end result after the resources have been averaged. Im familiar with the resource cap guides, I actually use them quite a bit. I just havnt been able to find any difinitive information about how the expertise bonus is applied( I know WHAT it does, I just wanted to...

Thanks for the quick reply. Thats what I thought too, just wanted some confirmation from someone else. Unfortunatly Im at work and couldnt get in game to test this myself.

If I remember corectly, the respec fees go something like this
1st = 0 credits
2nd = 100k
3rd = 150k
4th = 250k
5th = 500k
6th = 1 Mil
7th = 6 Mil
8th = 7 Mil
9th = 8 Mil
10th = 9 Mil
11th = 10 Mil
12th+ = 25 Mil

question on resource cap and expertise
If this has been covered and I couldnt find it I apologize for bringing it up again.
What I am wondering is, if I have a resource that is lets say 1000 OQ, and expertise adds 4%, will it count that resource as being 1040 when it averages it with other resources being used in the schematic?
