Yes it includes members with special ranks. People with specials still advance in earned ranks it just doesn't display it. The forum metrics doesn't pull the same information about the special ranks. I imagine it is set up that way to avoid adding in them in twice.

I was actually considering doing a chart on bans but decided against it. For the most part, people get banned because they lose their cool when providing feedback. If they can just BE COOL with their feedback they are more likely not to get banned and their feedback will get considered more.
